Despite largely being a crop of remakes, remasters, and ports, the February 2026 line-up of JRPGs delves into some iconic franchises and brings back a swath of new content for both newcomers and veterans to enjoy. In certain cases, this release will be the first time some gamers will have access to the game entirely, like with Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma, which has only been available on Nintendo consoles and PC up to this point. Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined kicks off a month of JRPG releases, but it's not the only reason genre fans have to be excited.
