While blue lightsabers are the most popular color among the Jedi in Star Wars, some of the most powerful heroes have wielded a green blade. Mostly used by wiser Jedi, the distinction between green and blue blades is not as clear as the distinction between the Jedi's weapons and the Sith's red lightsabers. Many have changed between the two or even wielded both in an emergency throughout the Star Wars saga.
