Power Rangers is an American adaptation of the Japanese Super Sentai series, a superhero Tokusatsu show. Due to Power Ranger's many promotional tie-ins, many iconic characters often receive intricately themed Power-Ups. While this is mostly the case for Red Rangers, it isn't mutually exclusive. Some Rangers achieve multiple forms simply because they swap colors between seasonal iterations.
