The Power Rangers have faced some truly formidable foes over the years. While many of those villains are attempting to destroy the galaxy, they often employ the use of their own Rangers. Many of these evil Rangers eventually turn to the light, but that simply isn't always the case. Certain evil forces, like the Psycho Rangers, exist only to end their respective corresponding color.
